We have seen numerous issues with packages getting stuck in pre-shipment or UPS not showing possession of packages and then later will show delivered without any tracking update along the way. Sometimes it’s possible that the package missed a scan in the USPS or UPS network, or sometimes there are simply just delays and redirects with the postal service and UPS that are out of our control. Please allow for at least 2 weeks after the ship date for your package to deliver before reaching out to us as these issues tend to resolve on their own during that time. If your package is truly lost at that point, please reach out and we will ship you a replacement.
